Expro
Kinley K2-Cutter - Expro’s unique, next generation, electro-mechanical wire and cable cutter. Our all new electro-mechanical cutter has no explosives content, no hydraulics, uses no lithium batteries and requires no mechanical stored energy. Allows the tool package to be quickly and easily transported to any location. It’s quick installation on the wire reduces exposure time relying on wireline valve seals for well control. The demo will show a wire being cut by the tool.
Impact Selector
The Impact Selector Exit Sub Release Tool (ESRT) is an Electro Mechanical release device for Slickline intervention. The tool allows the Operator to safely and reliably from a stuck position in the well, allowing for a safe release, allowing the top section of the tool, rope socket and all subsequent wire to be retrieved to surface, leaving a clean industry standard fish neck behind for future fishing. The tool performs without the need for explosives or tension and releases post timer elapsing, picking up the toolstring allows the operator to come back to surface.
The demo would be an opportunity to see the tool perform a release and understand the steps required to redress and assemble the tool post operation.
Welltec
The Isealate spring blade patch brings patch thru patch technology to the market while minimizing the ID reduction for life of well. The Isealate Springblade Patch is a unique downhole repair solution, utilizing a pre-rolled laminate steel sheet to remediate leaking or damaged tubing. With no more than a 4-10 mm effect on the inner diameter (ID), this patch-thru-patch solution offers all the benefits of straddles and larger steel patches, but with a more rapid deployment capability and total flexibility for customized relining, repair, and well integrity.
• No restrictions Allows for patch-thru-patch applications
• Ultra slim 3-5 mm patch thickness
• Total flexibility Customized relining, repair, and well integrity
Each Isealate Springblade Patch is deployed in a pre-rolled form, held under tension by shearable clamps.
When run in hole, the patch is delivered to the precise location required to cover the leaking or damaged section of tubing, and is quickly expanded by a setting tool controlled at the surface.
The patch immediately conforms to the tubing ID, and a heat-activated resin (pre-applied) further facilities complete sealing.
The slim design allows for subsequent patch-thru-patch deployments and does not interfere in any way with future interventions.
